Frequently Asked Questions

We are responsible for your purchase and will provide an opportunity for exchange, of items that are unworn, non-damaged, and in exact pristine condition. In the event your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, you must notify WeekendRush, within 24hours of confirmed receipt, in order to exchange, and/or full-refund for item(s) purchased.
We typically ship all orders within 5-7 business days.  Some items may take longer if they are presale. Currently we are using Ups and Usps to ship and all packages are insured via UPS & USPS
ParcelsWeekend Rush utilizes the United States Postal Service as the primary, and sole shipping service. Some packages are, shipped via Priority, and require a signature upon delivery. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS, immediately transfers over to the buyer (i.e. becomes the responsibility and/or liability of the buyer, once the USPS confirms receipt). We are not responsible for stolen, lost, held, or damaged packages. We are also not responsible for mis-delivery, errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service you purchase from the USPS, along with your order from WeekendRush. As a result, any and all shipping issues all items will be insured and/or concerns must be handled by USPS (e.g. your shipment is lost, stolen or damaged in transit; you/the buyer holds the responsibility to file a claim with the USPS, without the assistance or guidance of WeekendRush). There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to the above-mentioned and/or detailed.
